You’ve probably noticed I haven’t been on this blog for quite a while. I do understand that I was unable to continue even though I noted that in the last post. This time, I will try my best to focus my energy on this blog after all the breaks I have taken. I’m going to start catching up with all the news…
Here’s a special Lamborghini to put out today’s picture of the day…
This absolutely beautiful Gallardo is the Gallardo Invidia – which was tuned by Amari Supercars, one of United Kingdom’s largest pre-owned supercar dealers, which now has a branch in the tuning/lifestyle with Amari Design.
Under the hood power output for the 5.0-liter V10 is increased from the standard 513 bhp up to a massive 740 bhp. Yet no details are given on the performance upgrade, Amari Design says that all engine tuning is performed by their own Amari Service garage by master technician John Greatorex who has earned his title by Amari who states is in the UK’s top 5 supercar mechanics.
Development for the first prototype and is expected to be launched end of April this year.

This isn’t any ordinary Lamborghini…it’s a Lamborghini Gallardo GT600 by Swiss auto tuning company, BF-Performance, one of the greatest auto tuners.
As the name says, power from the 5.2-liter V-10 jumps from the stock super car from 560 horsepower to 600, while the torque figures rise from 398 pound-feet to 424. BF says the power boost – coupled with a 95-pound weight reduction – helps the car beat the Murcielago LP670-4 around the Sachsenring track, which is a quite impressive jump.
To set the GT600 apart from other Gallardos, the Swiss tuning company developed a carbon fiber body kit fixes the car’s handling, by a pretty big amount. The body kit was made to increase aerodynamics with a new front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear wing. BF also adds the famed “scissor doors” presently used only on the Murcielago.
Inside the car, the tuner adds sport bucket seats, along with a steering wheel, door handles, air vents, instrument panel trim, and center console crafted in a colored carbon fiber of your choice.

Lamborghini has announced the 10,000th Gallardo has rolled off the assembly line in Sant’Agata Bolognese.
Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini said, “The Lamborghini brand is extreme, uncompromising and Italian, and the Lamborghini Gallardo has played an exemplary role in defining and delivering our brand reputation into our worldwide markets. Today Lamborghini is represented in 45 countries by over 120 dealers, with the strength and presence of the Gallardo product playing a significant role in the growth and recognition of our brand.”
The achieved record with the Gallardo number 10,000, in yellow Midas and destined for China, will be celebrated also during the ‘Lamborghini Day’ in Shanghai, on the of 25th June, before being delivered to its owner. In the first event of its kind in China, Lamborghini will showcase eight cars from its super sports car range.
